HD6305Y0

The HD6305Y0 is a CMOS 8-bit single-chip microcomputer which includes a CPU upward compatibel with the HD6305X0.On the chip of the HD6305Y0,7872 byte ROM,256 byte RAM,55 I/O terminals,two timer and a serial communication inter-face (sci)are built in.And three low power dissipation modes (stop,wait and standby)support the low power operating.

Features of the HD6305Y0 are:(1)8-bit based MCU; (2)7872 bytes of ROM; (3)256 bytes of RAM; (4)a total of 55 terminals ,including 32 I/O's,7 inputs and 16 outputs ; (5)two timers:8-bit timer with a 7-bit prescaler(programmable prescaler;event counter);15-bit timer (commonly used with the SCI clock divider); (6)on-chip serial interface circuit; (7)six interrupts.
