HD6303Y

The HD6303Y is designed as a CMOS 8-bit single-chip microprocessing unit which contains a CPU compatible with the CMOS 8-bit microcomputer HD6301V, 256 byte of RAM, 24 parallel I/O pins. Serial communication interface (SCI) and two times.

HD6303Y has many features. (1)Instruction set compatible with the HD6301V1. (2)256 bytes of RAM. (3)24 parallel I/O pins. (4)Parallel handshake interface (port 6).
