DescriptionThe HCF4555BEY is one of the HCF4555B series. The HCF4555B is a monolithic integrated circuit fabricated in Metal Oxide Semiconductor technology available in DIP and SOP packages. The HCF4555B is a dual 1 of 4 decoder/demultiplexer. Each decoder has two select inputs(A and B), an Enable input (E), and four mutuallyexclusive outputs. On the HCF4555B the outputs are high on select. When the Enable input is high,the outputs is low regardless of the state of the select inputs A and B.
Features of the HCF4555BEY are:(1)expandable with multiple packages; (2)standardized symmetrical output characteristics; (3)quiescent current specified up to 20v; (4)5v, 10v and 15v parametric ratings; (5)input leakage current ii= 100na (max) at vdd = 18v ta = 25°c; (6)100% tested for quiescent current ; (7)meets all requirements of jedec jesd13b " standard specifications for description of b series cmos devices".
