DescriptionThe HCF4051M013TR is one member of the HCF4052 family which is designed as the different 4-channel analog multiplexer / demultiplexer device that has low ON impedance and very low OFF leakage current. Also this device dissipate extremely low quiescent power over the full VDD - VSS and VDD - VEE supply voltage range.
Features of the HCF4051M013TR are:(1)meets all requirements of JEDEC JESD13B " standard specifications for description of b series CMOS devices";(2)100% tested for quiescent current;(3)5V, 10V and 15V parametric ratings;(4)quiescent current specif. up to 20V;(5)binary address decoding on chip;(6)matched switch characteristics : RON = 5W (typ.) FOR VDD - VEE = 15V.
