Some absolute maximum ratings of GSQ05A06 have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its repetitive peak reverse voltage would be 60V. (2)Its average rectified output current would be 5A at Tc=122°C 50Hz half sine wave resistive load. (3)Its RMS forward current would be 7.85A. (4)Its surge forward current would be 110A at 50Hz half sine wave, 1cycle non-repetitive. (5)Its operating junction temperature range would be from -40°C to +150°C. (6)Its storage temperature range would be from -40°C to +150°C. (7)Its mounting torque would be recommended 0.5Nm.
