Description

The FSDM0465RE, FSDM0565RE, and FSDM07652RE are an integrated Pulse WidthModulator (PWM) and SenseFET specifically designed for high-performance offlineSwitch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS) with minimal external components. FSDM0465RE, FSDM0565RE, and FSDM07652RE are an integrated high-voltage power-switching regulator that combines anavalanche-rugged SenseFET with a current mode PWM control block. The PWMcontroller includes an integrated fixed-frequency oscillator, under-voltagelockout, leading-edge blanking (LEB), optimized gate driver, internalsoft-start, temperature-compensated precise-current sources for a loopcompensation, and self-protection circuitry. Compared with a discrete MOSFET andPWM controller solution, it can reduce total cost; component count, size, andweight; while simultaneously increasing efficiency, productivity, and systemreliability. FSDM0465RE, FSDM0565RE, and FSDM07652RE are a basic platform well suited for cost-effectivedesigns of flyback converters.
