Description

The EL5293CS-T13 is one member of the EL5197CS family which is designed as the single 300 MHz fixed gain amplifier that can be used in wide range of applications such as: (1)Battery-powered equipment; (2)Hand-held, portable devices; (3)Video amplifiers; (4)Cable drivers; (5)RGB amplifiers; (6)Test equipment; (7)Instrumentation; (8)Current to voltage converters. This device is offered in 5-pin SOT-23 package and incorporates an enable and disable function to reduce the supply current to 100 uA typical per amplifier.
