The EL2039C monolithic operational amplifiers is pin compatible with the HA2539 and HA 2540, but has patented circuity for improved dynamic performanced DC accuracy, and a typical power reduction of 25%. The feature of EL2039C are as follows: (1)low offset voltage: 0.5mV; (2)low supply current: 13mA; (3)high slew rate: 600V/s; (4)large open loop gain: 15kV/V; (5)wide gain-bandwidth: 600MHz; (6)high power bandwidth: 9.5MHz; (7)output voltage swing: ±11V; (8)improved replacements for HA2539 and HA2540.
