The DCV010505 is one member of the DCV01 family which is designed as the miniature, 1W, 1500Vrms isolated unregulated dc/dc converters that can be used in (1)industrial control and instrumentation; (2)lpoint-of-use power conversion; (3)ground loop elimination; (4)data acquisition; (5)test equipment; (6)secondary isolation circuits. This device can be disabled or enabled by driving the SYNC pin using an open drain CMOS gate, and is protected by a thermal shutdown circuit. That means if the on-chip temperature exceeds 150°C, the device will shut down.
