Description


The CXA3256R is a type of 8-bit high-speed flash A/D converter which is capable of digitizing analog signals at the maximum rate of 120MSPS. ECL, PECL or TTL is able to be choosed as the digital input level in accordance with the application. The TTL digital output level accepts 1: 2 demultiplexed output. The CXA3256R is easier to be utilized by adding the new functions to the CXA3246Q and adopting a ultra-small package.
