COP8SGE7

The COP8SGE7 belongs to the COP8SGE family which is designed as the 8-bit CMOS ROM based microcontrollers with 8k to 32k memory, two comparators and USART. This device is one hundred persent form-fit-function compatible 8k or 32k OTP (One Time Programmable) versions for use in production or development.
