The COP8780C, COP8781C and COP8782C are members f the COPSTM 8-bit microcontroller family. COP8780C are fully tatic microcontrollers, fabricated using double-metal, double oly silicon gate microCMOS EPROM technology hese devices are available as UV erasable or One Time rogrammable (OTP). These low cost microcontrollers are omplete microcomputers containing all system timing, interrupt ogic, EPROM, RAM, and I/O necessary to implement edicated control functions in a variety of applications. eatures include an 8-bit memory mapped architecture, MICROWIRE/ LUSTM serial I/O, a 16-bit timer/counter with ssociated 16-bit autoreload/capture register, and a multisourced nterrupt. Each I/O pin has software selectable options adapt the device to the specific application. These evices operate over a voltage range of 4.5V to 6.0V. An fficient, regular instruction set operating at a 1 ms instruction ycle rate provides optimal throughput.
