Description

Powerex CI Modules CM30MD3-12Hare designed for use in switching applications. Each module consists of a single phase diode converter section and a three phase IGBT inverter section. All components and interconnects are isolated from the heat sinking baseplate, offering simplified system assembly and thermal management.
