The CM1293A-02SR is designed as one kind of 2-and 4-channel low capacitance ESD protection array that can be used in (1)DVI ports, HDMI ports in notebooks, set top boxes, digital TVs, LCD displays; (2)Serial ATA ports in desktop PCs and hard disk drives; (3)PCI Express ports; (4)General purpose high-speed data line ESD protection. And this device protects against ESD pulses up to ±8kV contact discharge) per the IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 standard.

Features of the CM1293A-02SR are:(1)Two and four channels of ESD protection; (2)Provides ESD protection to IEC61000-4-2: +/- 8 kV contact discharge; (3)Low loading capacitance of 2.0pF max.; (4)Low clamping voltage; (5)Channel I/O to I/O capacitance 1.5pF typical; (6)Zener diode protects supply rail and eliminates the need for external by-pass capacitors; (7)Each I/O pin can withstand over 1000 ESD strikes; (8)Available in RoHS-compliant, lead-free SOT and MSOP packages.
