CD1379CP

The CD1379CP consists of a vertical system including function and a horizontal system including an AFC function.It is for use in small size color TV, B/W TV receivers and monitors.

CD1379CP has many unique functions: The first one is horizontal section.The second one is SYNC separation.The third one is horizontal oscillators.The forth one is horizontal pre-drivers.The fifth one is horizontal AFCs.The sixth one is shunt regulator(Typical 6.7V).The seventh one is vertical section.CD1379CP eighth one is vertical oscillator.The ninth one is vertical pre-drivers.The tenth one is  vertical output,etc.Besides,CD1379CP also has two features: One is Low Power consumption, direct deflection coil driving capability (Fly-back voltage two times as high supply voltage is supplied during fly-back period only),the other one is variable circuit of vertical retrace time on chip.

There are some absolute maximum ratings about CD1379CP(Ta=25°C).Vertical Supply Voltage(Vcc) is 15 V.Horizontal Supply Current( I10) is 30 mA.Vertical Output Current(I8) is  -500 mA to +500 mA (peak).Horizontal Output Current(pulse)(I9) is  -15 mA to +5 mA.Fly-back Generator Output Current(I5) is -500 mA to +500 mA (peak).Power Dissipation(note)(PD) is 1.3 W.Operating Temperature(Topr) is  -20°C to +75°C.Storage Temperature(Tstg) is  -55°C to +155°C.
