BUK216-50YT has many features. The first one is vertical power trenchMOS. The second one is low on-state resistance. The third one is CMOS logic compatible. The fourth one is very low quiescent current. The fifth one is latched overtemperature protection. The sixth one is load current limiting at reduced level. The seventh one is short circuit load detection. The eighth one is over voltage and under voltage shutdown with hysteresis. The ninth one is diagnostic status indication.
