Description

The Am49DL6408H is a 64 megabit, 3.0 volt-only flash emory device, organized as 4,194,304 words of 16 its each. Word mode data appears on DQ15DQ0; yte mode data appears on DQ7DQ0. The device is esigned to be programmed in-system with the standard .0 volt VCC supply, and can also be programmed n standard EPROM programmers.

Am49DL6408H is available with an access time of 55, 70 r 85 ns and is offered in a 73-ball FBGA package.  tandard control pins-chip enable (CE#f), write enable WE#), and output enable (OE#)-control normal ead and write operations, and avoid bus contention ssues.

Am49DL6408H requires only a single 3.0 volt power supply or both read and write functions. Internally generated nd regulated voltages are provided for the rogram and erase operations.
