AZ1117H-3.3TRE

The AZ1117H-3.3TRE is a kind of low dropout three-terminal regulator. It provides current limiting and thermal shutdown. Its circuit includes a trimmed bandgap reference. Besides, it is available in SOT-223. The typical applications  include PC motherboard, LCD monitor, graphic card, DVD-video player, NIC/switch, telecom equipment, ADSL modem, printer and other peripheral equipment.

There are some features as follows: (1)low dropout voltage: 1.15 V at 1 A output current; (2)trimmed current limit; (3)on-chip thermal shutdown; (4)fixed 3.3 V; (5)operation junction temperature: -40 to 125.
