DescriptionThe AT89C51ED2-RLTUM belongs to the AT89C51ED2 family which is designed as the 8-bit flash microcontroller that has the following points of features:(1)integrated power monitor (POR/PFD) to supervise internal power supply;(2)ISP (in-system programming) using standard Vcc power supply;(3)2048 bytes boot ROM contains low level flash programming routines and a default serial loader;(4)on-chip 2048 bytes EEPROM block for data storage;(5)100K write cycles;(6)dual data pointer;(7)variable length MOVX for slow RAM/peripherals;(8)improved X2 mode with independent selection for CPU and each peripheral;(9)keyboard interrupt interface on port 1;(10)full-duplex enhanced UART with dedicated internal baud rate generator;(11)power control modes: idle mode, power-down mode;(12)single range power supply: 2.7V to 5.5V;(13)hardware watchdog timer (one-time enabled with reset-out), power-off flag;(14)low EMI (inhibit ALE).
