APW7080

The APW7080 is designed as one kind of 4A, asynchronous, step-down converter that regulates the output voltage in automatic PSM/PWM mode operation, depending on the output current, for high efficiency operation over light to full load current, and this device is also equipped with power-onreset, soft-start, and whole protections into a single package. The 8-pin SOP-8P package provides a very compact system solution with minimal external components and good thermal conductance.
