The Trench Gate design results in superior VCE(on) performance. Easy paralleling results from very tight parameter distribution and slightly positive VCE(on) temperature coefficient. Built-in gate resistance ensures ultra-reliable operation. Low gate charge simplifies gate drive design and minimizes losses.
