The AM2168-35 is desined as high performance, static N-channel, read/write, random-access memories organized as 4096 words of 4 bits. Operation is from a single 5V supply and all input/output levels are identical to standard TTL specifications.
AM2168-35 has eight features. (1)High speed: access times as fast as 40ns. (2)Fully static storage and interface circuitry. (3)No clocks or timing signals required. (4)Power dissipation 660mW. (5)Standard 20-pin 300 inch dual-in-line package. (6)Standard 20-pin rectangular ceramic leadless chip carrier. (7)HIgh output drive up ro seven standard TTL loads or six schottky TTL loads. (8)TTL compatible interface levels. Those are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings of AM2168-35 have been concluded into several points as follow. (1)Its supply voltage would be from -0.5V to 7.0V. (2)Its all signal voltage would be from -3.5V to 7.0V. (3)Its DC output current would be 20mA. (4)Its power dissipation would be 1.2W for cerdip&leadless packages and would be 0.7W for plastic packages. (5)Its ambient temperature with power applied would be from -55°C to 125°C for cerdip&leadless packages and would be from -10°C to 85°C for plastic packages.
