AM2130-10PC

The AM2130-10PC is one member of the AM2130 family which is designed as the 1K x 8 dual-port static RAM family which is designated as the slave device. The master provides the necessary control signal to the slave devices to facilltate implementing a wider data bus in a system. The master / slave concept allows expansion with minimal extermal logic. AM2130-10PC also has two chip enable signals corresponding to the left and right ports.

Features of the AM2130-10PC are:(1)true dual port operation;(2)access time as fast as 55 ns;(3)master device has on-chip arbitration;(4)expandable data bus width in multiples of 8 bits using one master and required number of slave devices;(5)automatic power-down feature;(6)all inputs and outputs are TTL-compatible;(7)48-pin DIP or 52-pin PLCC;(8)single +5 V power supply;(9)advanced N-MOS technology.
