This integrated circuits features an under-voltage lockout (UVLO) with approxi-mately 300uA start-up current, a precision reference trimmed for accuracy at the error amplifier input, high gain error amplifier, current sensing comparator, logic to insure latched operation, and a totem-pole output stage designed to source or sink high peak current. The output stage, suitable for driving the N- channel MOSFETs, is low in the off state.
