Also, with the integrated line driver and industrial rated high operating temperature, the customers will not have to source for 3rd party components. The AEDA-3300 is simply an entire encoder package minus the housing.

Description

The AEDA-3300 is a revolutionary "One-Size-Fit-All" Kit solution for incremental encoding, with resolutions spanning 600 CPR to 20000 CPR. The kit is designed for high resolution, high operating frequency and robust temperature applications, complete with codewheel, sensor and bearing stage.

At resolutions of 20,000 CPR, the AEDA-3300 is capable of operating at a frequency output of 650KHz. For lower resolutions below 10,000 CPR, the operating frequency is capable to achieve an impressive 1MHz. The AEDA-3300 is rated for operating temperatures between -40 to 125 Degrees Celsius for all the above stated conditions.

The design of AEDA-3300  uses transmissive technology and produces a 3-channel output (A, B & I). The total package size is Ø17mm x H24mm for the bottom-up mounting version, while the package size of Ø(17 11)mm x H(24 3)mm is for top-down mounting due to the coupling plate. This truly makes it one of the smallest high performance encoders in the market today.
