Description

The XRD FG Frame Grabber 95510214H is a custom Frame Grabber board for controlling and acquiring 16 Bit data using the PerkinElmer X-Ray Imaging detector over a copper based interface. The XRD FG Frame Grabber supports the following PerkinElmer X-ray detector products: RID 512-400, XRD 0820, XRD 0840, XRD 1620 and XRD 1640. Up to four frame grabbers, each using its own detector, can be connected to one PC. The XRD FG 95510214H provides the advantage of synchronization between the detector and X-ray source or manipulator by using an external trigger signal or by using the internal trigger function of the frame grabber. The Software library of the XRD-FG 95510214H provides several pre-image corrections including Multiple Gain Correction. The Frame Grabber driver and the detector software library (XISL) are delivered as DLLs for Microsoft Windows? 2000 and Windows? XP Pro.
