Description

The 74VHCT08ASJX is one member of the 74VHCT08 family which is designed as the quad 2-input AND gate that achieves the high-speed operation similar to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. This device can be used to interface 3V to 5V systems and two supply systems such as battery backup.

Features of the 74VHCT08ASJX are:(1)High speed: tPD = 5.0 ns (typ) at TA = 25; (2)High noise immunity: VIH = 2.0V, VIL = 0.8V; (3)Power down protection is provided on all inputs and outputs; (4)Low noise: VOLP = 0.8V (max); (5)Low power dissipation: Icc = 2 uA (max) @ TA = 25; (6)Pin and function compatible with 74HCT08.
