74HC14N

The 74HC14N is a type of high-speed Si-gate CMOS devices and is pin compatible with low power Schottky TTL (LSTTL).It is specified in compliance with JEDEC standard no. 7A.The 74HC14N offers  six inverting buffers with Schmitt-trigger action. They are able to transform slowly changing input signals into sharply defined, jitter-free output signals.

It has some outstanding features shown below: (1)output capability is standard;(2)ICC category is SSI. The 74HC14N also has the following quick reference data(GND= 0 V; Tamb = 25°C; tr = tf = 6 ns): (1):propagation delay nA to nY is 12 ns typ when CL is 15 pF and VCC is 5 V;(2):input capacitance is 3.5pF typ;(3):power dissipation capacitance per gateis 7 pF typ.
