Description

The 74HC14D is a type of high-speed Si-gate CMOS devices and is pin compatible with low power Schottky TTL (LSTTL). The 74HC14D  specified in compliance with JEDEC standard no. 7A.The 74HC14D  offers six inverting buffers with Schmitt-trigger action. They are able to transform slowly changing input signals into sharply defined, jitter-free output signals.

It has some outstanding features shown below: (1)the applications are Wave and pulse shapers,Astable multivibrators and Monostable multivibrators;(2) complies with JEDEC standard no. 7A;(3) ESD protects when HBM EIA/JESD22-A114-A exceeds 2000 V and MM EIA/JESD22-A115-A exceeds 200 V;(4)Specified from -40 to +85°C and -40 to +125°C.
