The 2SD1588 is NPN SILICON EPITAXIAL TRANSISTOR FOR LOW-FREQUENCY POWER AMPLIFIERS AND LOW-SPEED SWITCHING.The 2SD1588 has 5 features.The first one is mold package that does not require an insulating board or insulation bushing.The second one is large current capacity in small dimension: IC(DC) = 7 A.The third one is low collector saturation voltage: VCE(sat) = 0.5 V MAX. (@5 A).The fourth one is ideal for use in ramp drivers or inductance drivers.The fifth one is complementary transistor: 2SB1097.
