The oscillator with frequency below 10Hz is very appropriate to use RC oscillator. Zener diode is used here to stabilize the rate, the output peak - peak voltage can be adjusted between 0 ~ 4V , frequency is 6.5HZ. If it uses the value in the arc, the frequency can be as low as 0.01HZ. Oscillator's absorbing current is about 3mA.
