Governments in Europe and America have required every car to install the GPS and GALILEO positioning system which can send the position of the car when the driver is falling into a stupor by the collision. The 3D communication technology with the 3D map can sent the exact position of the car to the assessment. Rescuers can reach the place where the accident happened to save more people.
