TDA8263 General Description
The TDA8262/63 silicon tuner ICs enable easy implementation of digital satellite reception, offering signifi cant reductions in external component count to provide manufacturers with reductions in overall BOM for new STB, Personal Video Recorders (PVR), PC TV-card and digital TV set designs.
TDA8263 Features
• Direct conversion demodulation for QPSK and 8PSK (Zero IF)
• 950 to 2,175 MHz frequency range
• +3.3 V DC supply voltage (no 5 V or 30 V supply required)
• Low power (<600mW)
• Low phase noise fully integrated oscillator
• Cost optimized application
• High range input level
-70 to 0 dBm @ 75 input impedance
• Low noise RF input (integrated LNA)
• High AGC range with high AGC linearity
• Optimized interface with Philips' digital satellite demodulators TDA10086 (single) and TDA10093 (double)
• 32-pin low thermal resistance package, small size
• 950 to 2,175 MHz frequency range
