The RTC64613A has the following features including Operates from 2.4V to 26V supply voltage with reverse voltage protection;Operates with magnetic fields from DC to 15kHz ;On-chip Hall Sensor;On-chip temperature compensation circuitry minimizes shifts in on and off points and hysteresis over temperature and supply voltage;Ideal sensor for speed measurement, revolution counting, positioning, and DC brushless motors.
Absolute maximum ratings indicate sustained limits beyond which damage to the device may occur. All voltage parameters are absolute voltages referenced to COM, all currents are defined positive into any lead. The thermal resistance and power dissipation ratings are measured under board mounted and still air conditions. Glass passivated high commutation triacs in a full pack, plastic envelope intended for use in motor control circuits where high static and dynamic dV/dt and high dI/dt can occur. These devices will commutate the full rated rms current at the maximum rated junction temperature, without the aid of a snubber.
