The QTLP650C7 is a kind of surface mount chip LED. It is designed to fit industry standard footprint. It is ideal for backlighting applications and panel illumination for its low profile and wide viewing angle. The typical applications include keypad backlighting, push-button backlighting and LCD backlighting.
There are some features as follows: (1) small footprint: 3.2(L)*1.6(W)*1.1(H) mm; (2) wide viewing angle of 140°; (3) water clear optics; (4) moisture-proof packaging; (5) available in 0.315" (8mm) width tape on 7" (178mm) diameter reel and 2,000 units per reel.

(1): IF (continuous forward current) is 30 mA; (2): IFM (peak forward current (f=1.0 KHz, duty factor=1/10)) is 100 mA; (3): VR (reverse voltage (IR=10 A)) is 5 V; (4): PD (power dissipation) is 72 mW; (5): TSTG (storage temperature range) is from -40 to +90; (6): TOPR (operating temperature range) is from -40 to +85; (7): TSOL (lead soldering time) is 260 for 5 sec.
