The HT47C20L is an 8-bit high performance RISC-like microcontroller. Its single cycle instruction and two-stage pipeline architecture make high speed applications. The device is suited for use in multiple LCD low power applications among which are calculators, clock timers, games, scales, toys, thermometers, hygrometers, body thermometers, capacitor scaler, other hand held LCD products, and battery system in particular.
The HT47R10A-1/HT47C10-1 are 8-bit, high performance, RISC architecture microcontroller devices specifically designed for applications that interface directly to analog signals, such as those from sensors. The mask version HT47C10-1 device is fully pin and functionally compatible with the HT47R10A-1, OTP version device.
The advantages of low power consumption, I/O flexibility, programmable frequency divider, timer functions, oscillator options, RC type A/D Converter, LCD driver, Power Down and wake-up functions, enhance the versatility of these devices to suit a wide range of Resistor to Frequency application possibilities such as sensor signal processing, remote metering, industrial control, consumer products, subsystem controllers, etc.
