FST3080 is a kind of 30 Amp schottky barrier rectifier. There are some features as follows. First is guard ring for reverse protection. The second is low power loss, high efficiency. Then is high surge capacity. The repetitive peak reverse voltage is 80 V. The transient peak reverse voltage is 80 V.
The following is about the electrical characteristics. The IF(AV) (average forward current per pkg) is 30 A at TC=155, square wave, RJC=0.9 /W. The IF(AV) (average forward current per pkg) is 15 A at TC=155, square wave, RJC=1.8 /W. The IFSM (maximum surge current per leg) is 350 A at 8.3 ms, half sine, TJ=175. The VFM (maximum peak forward voltage per leg) is 0.65 V at IFM=15 A, TJ=175. The VFM (maximum peak reverse voltage per leg) is 0.85 V at IFM=15 A, TJ=25. The IRM (maximum peak reverse current) is 15 mA when VRRM, TJ=125. The IRM (maximum peak reverse current) is 500 A when VRRM, TJ=25. The CJ (typical junction capacitance per leg) is 550 pF at VR=5.0 V, TJ=25.
