The BZD27-C3V6 is designed as voltage regulator diode. Cavity free cylindrical glass SOD87 package through implotec technology. This package is hermetically sealed and fatigue free as coefficients of expansion of all used parts are matched.
It has seven features. The first one is glass passivated. The second one is high maximum operating temperature. The third one is it would have low leakage current. The fourth one is excellent stability. The fifth one is zener working voltage range from 3.6 to 270V for 46 types. The sixth one is transient suppressor stand-off voltage range from 6.2 to 430V for 45 types. The seventh one is supplied in 8 mm embossed tape. That are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its total power dissipation which would be max 1.7W at 105°C and would be 0.8W at 60°C. The third one is about its non-repetitive peak reverse power dissipation which would be 300W. The fourth one is about its storage temperature which would be from -65 to +200°C. The fifth one is about its junction temperature range which would be from -65 to +200°C. The sixth one is about its forward voltage which would be max 1.2V.
Also some electrical characteristics about it. The first one is about its working voltage which would be min 3.4V and nom 3.6V and max 3.8V. The second one is about its differential resistance which would be typ 4 and max 8. The third one is about its temperature coefficient which would be min -0.14 and max -0.04. The fourth one is about its test current which would be 100mA. The fifth one is about its reverse current at reverse voltage which would be max 100uA at 1V. The sixth one is about its thermal resistance from junction to tie-point which would be 55K/W. The seventh one is about its thermal resistance from junction to ambient which would be 175K/W.
