AM9520 General Description
Am9520 is a kind of burst error processor.It is an LSI circuit that faciliates the most common error detection and correction schemes accommodating data streams of up to 585K bits at up to 20M bits/second effective data rate.There are some distinctive characteristics.First,it provides for detection and correction of burst errors.The second is high-speed operation.Then is selectable industry-standard polynomials.Besides,three correction algorithms provide flexibility.The last one is designed for use in both microprogrammed and microprocessor disk controller systems.
What comes next is about the absolute maximum ratings.The storage temperature is from -65 to +150.The voltage at any pin relative to VSS is from -0.5 to +7.0 V.The power dissipation is 1.5 W.Then is about the operating ranges.First is about the commercial ranges.The TA is from 0 to 70.The VCC is 5 V±5%.The VSS is 0 V.Then is about the industrial ranges.The TA is from -40 to 85.The VCC is 5 V±5%.The VSS is 0 V.
