The AD2S1200WSTZ is designed as one kind of 12-bit resolution tracking resolverto-digital converter which integrating an on-board programmable sinusoidal oscillator that provides sine wave excitation for resolvers.And it can be used in electric power steering,electric vehicles,integrated starter generator/alternat-or,encoder emulation and automotive motion sensing and control.
Features of the AD2S1200WSTZ are:(1)system fault detection;(2)differential inputs;(3)absolute position and velocity outputs;(4)complete monolithic R/D converter;(5)±11 arc minutes of accuracy;(6)parallel and serial 12-bit data ports;(7)1,000 rps maximum tracking rate, 12-bit resolution;(8)incremental encoder emulation (1,024 pulses/rev);(9)programmable sinusoidal oscillator on-board;(10)compatible with DSP and SPI® interface standards;(11)204.8 kHz square wave output;(12)single-supply operation (5.00 V±5%);(13)-40°C to +125°C temperature rating;(14)44-lead LQFP package;(15)4 kV ESD protect-ion.
