The 74ALVC16374GX is a type of low voltage 16-bit D tyoe flip-flop,which contains sixteen non-inverting D-type flip flops with 3-STATE outputs.The device is byte controlled. A buffered clock(CP) and output enable (OE) are common to each byte and is able to be shorted together for full 16-bit operation. The 74ALVC16374GX is designed for low volta ge (1.65V to 3.6V) VCC applications with I/O compatibility reach to 3.6V.
Features of 74ALVC16374GX are:(1)1.65V - 3.6V VCC supply operation; (2)3.6V tolerant inputs and outputs; (3)tPD: 3.5 ns max for 3.0V to 3.6V VCC,4.4 ns max for 2.3V to 2.7V VCC,7.8 ns max for 1.65V to 1.95V VCC; (4)power-off high impedance inputs and outputs; (5)supports live insertion and withdrawal (Note 1); (6)uses patented noise/EMI reduction circuitry; (7)latchup conforms to JEDEC JED78; (8)ESD performance:human body model > 2000V,machine model > 200V; (9)also packaged in plastic fine-pitch ball grid array(FBGA).
