      The 2SK681A, N-channel vertical type MOS FET , is a swithching device which can be driven by the output of ICs having a 5 V power source. The MOS FET has excellent switching characteristics and is suitable for use as a high-speed swithching device in digital circuits.      This kind of product has four unique features which will attract you extremly : The first one is it is directly driven by ICs having a % V power source . The second one is it is not necessary to consider driving current because of its high input ipendence. The third one is it is possible to reduce the number of parts be omitting the bias resistor.The forth one is rhe Low ON-state resistance.
    There are also some absolute maximum ratings which is under the condition that Ta is 25 about it. Drain to source volatge is 30 V when the test condition is that VGS is 0 . Gate to source voltage is ±20 V when the VDS is 0 . Drain current is ±1.0 A. Total power dissipation id 1.0 W. Channel temperature is 150. Storage temperature is -55 to +150 .
