uA710

The uA710 is a monolithic high-speed comparator having differential inputs and a low-impedance output.Component matching inherent in silicon integrated circuit fabrication techniques, produces a comparator with low-drift and low-offset characteristics.uA710 is especailly useful for applications requiring an amplitude discriminator, memory sense amplifier, or a high-speed voltage comparator.

Features of the uA710 are:(1)fast response times; (2)low offset characteristics; (3)output compatible with most TTL circuits; (4)deisgned to be interchageable with fairchild uA710.

The absolute maximum ratings of the uA710 can be summarized as:(1): supply voltage(VCC+) is 14 V; (2): supply voltage(VCC-) is -7V; (3): differential input voltage is ±5 V; (4): input voltage at either input is ±7V; (5): peak output current is 10 mA(tw is not larger than 1 s); (6): continuous total power dissipation at (or below) 25 free-air temperature is 300 mW; (7): operating free-air temperature range is -55 to 125; (8): storage temperature range is -65 to 150; (9): lead temperature 1,6mm(1/16 inch) from case for 60 seconds are 300.
