Description

The IP1203 is a fully optimized solution for medium current synchronous buck applications up to 15 A.It includes full function PWM control,with optimized power semiconductor chipsets and associated passives, achieving high power density.Very few external components are required to creat a complete synchronous buck power supply.

Features of the IP1203 are:(1)5.5V to 13.2V input voltage; (2)0.8V to 8V output voltage; (3)15A maximum load capability; (4)200-400kHz nominal switching frequency; (5)over current hiccup; (6)external synchronization capable; (7)overvoltage protection; (8)over temperature protection; (9)internal features minimize layout sensitivity.
