      Here is the description about 2SC3928 of SILICON NPN EPITAXIAL TYPE(Super mini type) FOR LOW FREQUENCY AMPLIFY APPLICATION. The 2SC3928 is a super mini package resin sealed silicon NPN epitaxial transistor, It is designed for low frequency voltage application. 
      It has three features. The first one is that it is small collector to emitter saturation voltage.  And it is excellent linearity of DC forward gain. The last one is that it is super mini package for easy mounting.
      Its absolute maximum ratings of 2SC3928 are at Ta = 25°C ambient temperature unless otherwise specified. The Collector-Emitter Voltage (VCEO )is 50V. The Collector-Base Voltage(VCBO)is 50V.The  Emitter-Base Voltage (VEBO )is 6.0V.The Collector Current is 100mA. The collector dissipation is 200mW. Its junction temperature is 150°C. Its storage temperature is from -55°C to +150°C.
      And here are the Electrical Characteristics (Ta =25°C).The Collector cut-off current is from min to 0.5uA. The Emitter cut-off current is from min to 0.5uA. The Collector-emitter breakdown voltage is from 50V to Mix. The Collector-emitter saturation voltage is from min to 0.3V.
