The Collector-Base Voltage(VCBO)is 30 Vdc.The  Emitter-Base Voltage (VEBO )is 3.0 Vdc.The Collector Current-Continuous (IC)is 50 mAdc. The Base current is 25 mAdc. The Collector power dissipation is 150 mW.Its temperature of junction is 125°C. Its storage temperature is from -55°C to +125°C. The output capacitance is from Min to 1.5PF. The Collector Saturation Voltage is from Min Vdc to 0.5.
