ZMD44102SKB

The ZMD44102SKB Starter Kit Bundle (SKB) enables detailed evaluation of the ZMD44102 RF Transceiver using a simple Graphical User Interface (GUI) and provides basic communications software for application development. The SKB includes a development tools CD and a debug adapter for code compilation and installation. Also included is the Daintree Sensor Network Analyzer Basic Edition, custom-tailored to ZMD's SKB, which allows the designer to capture and evaluate IEEE 802.15.4 frame packets. Technical documentation for the ZMD44102 RF transceiver and the TSic™ temperature sensor is included.

The SKB's GUI includes a configuration tool to enable designers to control the ZMD44102 registers and establish a star network. The inclusion of ZMD's TSicTM temperature sensor provides a real-world example of a wireless sensor network. Network performance can be assessed using metrics, including LQI, RSSI, and Packet Success Rate.
