Z84015

The Z84015 intelligent peripheral controller(IPC) is a highly superintegrated 8-bit NMOS microprocessor integrated with the CTC,SIO,CGC,WDT, and the PIO into a single 100-pin QFP package.The Z84015 CMOS version of the device has been further enhanced to provide increased design flexibility and is offered in a 100-pin VQFP pacakge.

Features of the Z84015 are:(1)on-chip two-channel Z80 SIO; (2)built-in clock generator controller(CGC); (3)two Z80 PIO on-chip 8-bit pots; (4)100-pin QFP package; (5)TTL/CMOS compatible; (6)5V±10% operating voltage range; (7)-40 to +100 operating temperature range.

The absolute maximum ratings of the Z84015 can be summarized as:(1): clock output high voltage(VCUO) is Vcc-0.6 V min; (2): input high voltage(VIH) is 2.2 V min and Vcc V max; (3): output high voltage(VOH) is 2.4 V min; (4): power supply current(STOP mode)(Icc2) is 50 uA when Vcc is 5 V; (5): SYNC pin leakage current(IL(SY)) is -40 uA min and 10 uA max; (6): darlington drive current(IOHD) is -1.5 mA min.
