Z8030

The Z8030 is a kind of Z-BUS SCC serical communication controller.There are some features of Z8030 as follows.First is optimized for multiplexed bus microprocessors.The second is two independent,0 to 2M bit/second,full duplex channels,each with a seperate crystal oscillator,baud rate generator and digital phase-locked loop for clock recovery.Then is multi-protocol operation under program control;programmable for NRZ,NRZI,or FM data encoding.Next is asynchronous mode with five to eight bits and one, one and one half, or two stop bits per charater;programmable clock factor;break detection and generation;partity,overrun and framing error detection.The last one is local loopback and auto echo modes.
