The Z0107MA can be used for general purpose AC switching applications. Different gate current sensitivities are available, allowing optimized performances when controlled directly from microcontrollers. And it has three points of features: (1)IT(RMS) = 0.8A; (2)VDRM = 400V to 800V; (3)IGT </= 3mA to </= 25mA.
